• Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business or personal growth.
• Prohibited Use: You may not record, redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of any masterclass content without express written permission from DrFaye Wilson.

§ Participant Conduct

To maintain the integrity of the masterclass environment, participants agree to:

• Interact with other members and coaches with integrity and respect.
• Refrain from using the platform for unauthorized solicitation or spamming.
• Acknowledge that any guest speakers or media segments are for educational purposes and do not constitute an endorsement of the participant’s specific business.

§ Recording & Likeness Consent

By participating in “The Marketplace Miracle Masterclass,” you acknowledge that sessions may be recorded.

• Guest Consent: If you participate in live Q&A or spotlight sessions, you grant A1 Business Experts the right to use your likeness, voice, and comments in future promotional or educational media across our ecosystem (including brandondemand.tv and Roku/Amazon platforms) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

§ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1 Business Experts, DrFaye Wilson, and our employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of goodwill) resulting from or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the website, masterclass, services, or materials.

This includes, without limitation, any damages allegedly arising from reliance on information provided, participation in coaching or community discussions, third-party platforms, third-party links, grant funding decisions made by third parties, or errors/omissions in content. If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid to A1 Business Experts for the specific masterclass or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
